First, my nose is a droopy-tip nose, hump nose, wide nostril base/alar area, and low nasal bridge, roughly like that, and I'm planning to get surgery. So far I've only had a consultation at DAA. I consulted with Director OOS, and costal cartilage, septal cartilage, or ear cartilage were recommended. For now, I looked up reviews of the director and they seem okay, and the consultation was kind, so it seems fine. But I want a natural straight shape that doesn't look too artificial. Does anyone have a hospital and director they can recommend? This week I'm planning to consult with Director MSG at MYD Plastic Surgery in Gangnam
