People keep asking me by DM whether cartilage was used or whether the columella was touched, but my nasal tip was done 10 years ago... This time, I did not touch the nasal tip or bridge. Honestly, if I could, I wanted to redo everything, but I’m older now and the mental burden of surgery felt too big.. .yeah For this surgery, as soon as the doctor saw me, he said it would be burdensome to touch everything, so for now we should just do the alae and nostrils
