I have narrowed my list down and only have 2 places left. I have a bulbous nose and wide alar bases, so I was recommended the nasal bridge, nasal tip, bulbous nose correction, and alar base reduction, basically all of these, but the surgical methods are a bit different, so I am worried ㅠㅠ My first concern is external vs internal when doing alar base reduction. My alar width came out as 46 mm, so what should I do? ㅠ The second is the nasal tip material. It is donated costal cartilage + septal cartilage + ear cartilage vs septal cartilage + ear cartilage. There are many posts saying donated costal cartilage gets absorbed, and then people also say that if you do not build it with donated costal cartilage, the nasal tip will collapse, so seriously ㅠ I am worried ㅠㅠ
