I had a secondary nose revision using autologous dermis a long time ago. Back then, the cost was in the 4 million won range, not 5 million.
Honestly, exactly as I felt it... I had nose surgery here with autologous dermis, regretted it intensely, and was stressed out by it. I had a slight dorsal hump, but the autologous dermis bent and sank in along the right side of the hump line, so the line looked really bad. I had a short nose, and they said they would lower the tip, but whatever kind of surgery they did, the previously normal septum and nose ended up crooked.
I probably don't know whether the director and manager will remember me, but they put something like a pin in to fix the autologous dermis at the tip, and it was too long, so they cut off a little from the end. Then they said it had gone into one nostril, and they were forcing open the nostril right after surgery to try to find it.. In the end they couldn't take it out, so I went with the manager to a nearby ENT clinic, but they said there was nothing inside the nostril.. When the director spoke again, they said it might have gone down into the throat, or it might have fallen out, and talked about it like that.
If any staff member from the clinic sees this, I think they will suddenly remember exactly what happened.
At any rate, it was not this one. This time, at the clinic where I had the revision, the director said that one side of the alar cartilage had been cut off (they said this would not happen naturally and was likely a doctor error). If anyone is thinking of having surgery here, I would strongly urge you not to.
I had another revision with silicone, costal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and now I am satisfied.
