It was a clinic I had been going to for a long time, so after visiting another clinic nearby, I went without a reservation on July 19 because it was time for Botox.
"You have to wait an hour. Will you wait?" "Will you come next time?" The manner was high-handed, irritated, and aggressive (a short-haired, tall desk staff member).
It didn’t sound like the way a front desk should treat a patient; it felt more like being treated as some kind of street peddler. Going there, I was stunned by the clinic’s first impression.
Director, if you read this review, please either properly train the front desk staff, who are the clinic’s first impression, or secretly send in people you know to experience it for yourself. I think you absolutely need to replace the front desk for the sake of the clinic.
Is this their own clinic or something? It felt like they were running it themselves. These days I don’t usually see patient responses like that, so I was shocked first by that.
Honestly, I went all the way to the 6th-floor clinic in the hot summer, so it’s not easy to just turn around and leave, right? I said I would wait and sat down, then about 45 to 50 minutes later I got calf Botox from the female doctor.
There was an option for 100 units at 53,000 won, so I naturally thought that was the price and bought it, but then I got the strange notice: "Our 53,000 won price is only for 200 units, and if it’s 100 units, you need to pay an extra 6,000 won on site." Was there any notice? I should read the review again after writing it. I’m wondering if the price was falsely posted.
In any case, I got 100 units, and as for the bruise, I knew it would happen because I’d been getting calf Botox every 3 to 6 months for the past 5 years without fail, but it seems they hit and burst a blood vessel. This is the first time I’ve gotten such a severe bruise after calf Botox. When I went to work, everyone there was really shocked, asking which clinic it was, how the doctor performed the procedure, whether this was a side effect, and how a single injection site could bruise to the size of half a palm. They thought it was serious. I’m leaving this because I thought it might be useful to know it’s a real review. This is the firsthand experience from last week of my own money spent on calf Botox I got cheaply because I happened to pass by a clinic.
