Nose Surgery@rhino

Because I previously had surgery for a deviated septum

I’m in a situation where I don’t have septal cartilage, and they say some clinics count it as a primary surgery while others count it as a revision surgery. Then in this kind of case, should I use donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage? Someone said autologous costal cartilage is used as a last resort. But they also say donated costal cartilage has a much higher chance of drooping or contracture compared with autologous costal cartilage, so I’m conflicted.
