The consultant’s consultation was kind, and the director’s consultation was also okay. They took a CT and did an endoscopy, and for the functional aspect I was diagnosed with a deviated nasal septum. Since I also wanted cosmetic surgery, we proceeded with that consultation together They designed it so that the function would be preserved as much as possible, and there was no overtreatment lol. They had said that if there wasn’t much functional discomfort, I didn’t have to do it, but I thought I might regret it later, so with the mindset of getting it all done in one go, I decided to do functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty
