Guys, I had surgery for a deviated nasal septum when I was young. Then when doing rhinoplasty, would the amount of septal cartilage that can be harvested be smaller? If possible, I want to do it without an implant, but if there isn’t much septal cartilage, would the surgery be relatively more difficult? I don’t have anyone around me who has had rhinoplasty, so I’m posting here.
