I have a bulbous nose with slightly wide nostril wings and a blunt nasal tip. Would using autologous costal cartilage be right? So far I’ve only gone for an in-person consultation at the plastic surgery clinic where Director ㅊㅎㅅ is. If there’s a hospital that’s good for bulbous nose surgery, please give me info They say using autologous costal cartilage prevents drooping later and lasts a long time, so I think I need to use autologous costal cartilage.
