Maybe because I went in already knowing that they’re famous for giving very pessimistic and conservative consultations, I didn’t feel they were that unfriendly. I said I did not want an implant because I didn’t want to have a second nose surgery in my life, but while Photoshopping a photo of my nose, they told me that silicone would need to be inserted for my nose not to look bigger than it does now and for the proportions to look pretty. They honestly told me that if I didn’t like that, my current nose would just be better, and if I only did the nasal tip, people might actually say, “Why did that person do it like that?” Very sad, but very grateful..
