But I heard a lot that implant-free surgery would be meaningless because my nasal bridge is low. I don’t like the shape where my nose becomes an arrow nose when I smile, and I want a natural, defined nasal tip. Said the nasal tip would drop and just told me to use rib cartilage. If I won’t use rib cartilage, they recommended either having surgery with lower expectations or not doing it. I still haven’t made a final decision. Has anyone here had inflammation after nose filler and then got inflammation again after rhinoplasty? My nose swelled up a lot after filler, so I’m wondering if this could be a case where it swells or develops inflammation after rhinoplasty too ㅜㅜ
