It has now been 2 weeks since I had incisional double eyelid surgery with ptosis correction and implant-free rhinoplasty only on the nasal tip. For my eyes, they said there was no need for canthoplasty and that only incisional double eyelid surgery and correction would be enough, so I did that, and although the right side is still quite swollen, I am fairly satisfied. But for my nose, I really did not want contraction or inflammation, and since I already had some nasal bridge height, I kept that and only raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage. Maybe because they did not use ear cartilage, it looks so natural that it barely looks like I had nose surgery. Of course they say I should wait 6 months, but I regret whether I should have asked them to use ear cartilage at the step-off and nasal tip and raise it as much as possible...
