Review of full nasal implant removal

I had nose surgery 15 years ago and have been living well since then, but from the beginning of this year I started to sometimes feel like the inside of my nose was drying out and there was a smell, and my nasal tip started to look shorter than before. I tried to brush it off thinking it would be fine, but since I was also planning to get pregnant, I started thinking it would be better to remove everything before pregnancy rather than stay anxious while keeping it. I felt a stinging pain and a sense of heat at the tip of my nose, and I hurriedly searched for hospitals on Naver, wondering if this was what they call contracture..(I should have looked at communities or real reviews instead of Naver, but I didn't even know such a thing existed....) Since I live very far from Seoul and can't freely take time off work, I looked for a hospital where I could get a consultation and surgery on the same day if possible. I booked based on trust because it seemed like a place with plenty of reviews and the most posts about full removal. I believed all those words about being kind and providing good aftercare.. When I visited two weeks later, I was???. The desk coordinators were cold to the core, and because I had agreed to surgery that same day, the consultation only covered the surgical method; I didn't hear anything about pre- and post-op precautions or aftercare. When I paid, the amount was different from what had been explained, so I asked about it, and they said that was the event price, but since I hadn't said I would participate in the event (huh?), they couldn't proceed at that price. I was shocked, so I asked how to participate in the event, and they said I should have sent front, right, left, and bottom photos in advance, wearing several different outfits on the same day so it looked like different days.. I had two weeks after booking, and since I had been told the event price, I naturally thought I was enrolled in the event, but I had never been told anything about how to participate. The manager said not to regret it because it was "only a 500,000 won difference." As if it were her own money. (In the middle of this, I overheard a conversation where they were telling someone who participated in the event that their photos had been taken incorrectly, saying things like, you can't take them like this, and when you write your post, the xxx phrase absolutely has to be included... maybe it was good that I didn't join the event after all..) Also, the total removal cost was said to be 3xx, but after they only heard that it looked like there was inflammation, it was immediately changed to 4xx. At that point no tests had even been done yet.. (A week later, when I saw the bacterial test results, they told me it wasn't a contracture or an inflamed nose, but maybe it could be a bacterium that doesn't show up? Still, they took the extra 1xx ten thousand won anyway) I went to the hospital at 11:30 a.m. and was told I would have surgery around 2 p.m., but maybe it was delayed because the surgery didn't start until after 5 p.m., and until then I was left there with no explanation of why it was late. After the surgery, when I came to, it was past 8 p.m. and everyone had apparently gone home, so I packed my things and left. There was no one except the nurse who was finishing up, so I wasn't told anything about how the surgery went.. (During the doctor consultation, they said the bridge area seemed like it would need dermis, so I requested autologous dermis and said I didn't want AlloDerm. They marked areas with a marker under the chest, the side waist, and the underwear line, saying they would see during surgery and use whichever area was needed, but since the marked areas were all still untouched on the day, I thought maybe no extra was added) When I went to the hospital the next day, they said AlloDerm had been added and asked me to pay another 1xx. I had said I didn't want AlloDerm, but they did it on their own. And on the day a week later when they removed the nose stitches, the doctor just said it turned out well, looked at my nose, and walked out, and the assistant was the one who removed the stitches. They said the stitches inside the nose were dissolvable so I didn't need to worry, and since they had also done rhinitis surgery, they told me to rinse my nose, but when I asked how, they told me to search the internet.... lol When I checked whether there were any more follow-up visits, they said in two months, so okay, and I took the train home. I searched YouTube to figure out the nose rinse somehow, but then I saw black hair at the entrance of my nose??? I asked by sending a photo, and they told me to come in because some stitches had not been removed. It's at least a 5-hour round trip from home to Seoul by SRT or KTX.. Having to go back to Seoul just for one stitch felt so hopeless and annoying. But what the doctor said was that at their hospital, the usual routine is outer stitch removal at 1 week and inner nose stitch removal at 2 weeks. But since you live far away, we considered that and used dissolvable stitches. So come in thinking it's like everyone else coming for removal at the 2-week mark. No, I had never heard that before surgery, and if one stitch was left behind after surgery, shouldn't the first thing be an apology? I told them I live far away and it's hard to go all the way to Seoul, so I'd have the stitch removed at a local hospital and asked them to reimburse the consultation fee for that, but they just kept repeating that one stitch can usually be missed and said they couldn't pay for treatment at another hospital. And when I asked whether the scar at the incision site on my nose would go away, they gave me some unrelated answer about my nose already having had problems to begin with. Right, got it. The advertising said the doctor takes responsibility from start to finish, but in reality the doctor only did the surgery and everything else was treated like none of their business. It's a fairly well-known hospital for full nose removal, but if anyone around me said they were going, I would definitely tell them not to.
