After getting my nose done, it was better than before surgery for the time being, so once the swelling went down to some extent I was pretty satisfied, but as time passes my nostrils have become really uneven. I had nostril/alar base reduction, so the scar is also a bit noticeable from the outside. When I get a revision, could this part improve a bit too? A natural look isn't my preference, so I'm looking at places that make it a bit higher, around ㅅㄱㅇㅇ, but in cases where the nostrils are uneven, what material do they use? I live in Incheon and would be going all the way to Seoul to get it done, so I hope I don't have to do general anesthesia, and I don't want to use autologous costal cartilage, but for revision is it absolutely costal cartilage…
