The Door review from a community

Two or three years ago, I got alar reduction through an event where you had to write three reviews. The low price was attractive. During the pre-surgery consultation, they said they would do external + internal incisions, but only the external incision was done haha. What this means is, they basically cut the outer line of the nostril and then, without cutting out and removing any tissue, just attached it back where it originally was. As it was sutured back in its original position, the alar area was pulled more downward and sideways as it healed, so I feel like my nostrils became wider horizontally~! Because no internal incision was done, the alar rim did not gather toward the center, and thanks to that, there is no internal scar! I had always thought Black facial features were attractive, and I liked that my nostrils seemed to have become horizontally wider like a Black person’s alar shape haha. If you want to resemble a Black person’s alar shape, I strongly recommend getting it here. There is a bit of scarring left, but it is not at a level that needs treatment, so I’m satisfied~ On the day my stitches were removed, I said my nostrils had become wider, and the manager + director + nurses all said together, “No, it turned out so well~,” so I was really reassured!^^ Even after time passed, the width of my nostrils did not decrease, so I consulted them by message. They told me I did not have to write the review, so I felt cared for. If I think of it as having received alar enlargement surgery rather than alar reduction, I’m satisfied!^^
