At first, I filled out a questionnaire about the nose I wanted, surgical history, etc., and then consulted with the director. They said for my first surgery they would use donated costal cartilage + silicone, and I received an estimate of 3.5 million won. I discussed the price later with the consultant, and there was no cash discount. The director gave a detailed consultation on what kind of nose I wanted, how much silicone would be good to put in, and so on. The director took photos with a tablet and did it for me.
