For those who were told at ㅍㄹㅁ that while doing cartilage repositioning, they could improve the nose so it spreads less than the original natural nose, do you happen to know how that is possible while doing cartilage repositioning? ㅠ And I’m curious whether those who have had it done have had any problems. Other places say that unless they tie the cartilage while doing complete removal, it’s impossible, so I’m curious how it’s possible, and quite a few people said their nasal tip actually became prettier than their original natural nose, so I’m asking.
