At the end of June, I had surgery only on the nasal tip using septal cartilage + ear cartilage (no extension), but because of psychological anxiety, I had everything removed just 3 weeks after surgery, and now it’s been about 2 and a half months.. Since the first surgery until now, I haven’t had even a drop of alcohol, and I’ve gently cleaned inside my nose with a cotton swab dampened with water.. I’ve been living very carefully, trying not to bump into anything (because of rhinitis, I kept my nose moist every time I showered and blew it gently), but just now my blackheads looked so awful that I impulsively squeezed a few out, and now I’m so worried that I may have irritated itㅠ My nose is still somewhat hard. I didn’t forcefully squeeze my nose, and I supported it with one hand so it wouldn’t move while squeezing, but still, maybe it’s just in my head, it feels sore.ㅠ When it had been exactly 2 months since the removal surgery, my nostrils were different sizes and I felt like it was crooked for no reason, so I went to the hospital. They said it was healing well and that now I could do anything, whether exercise or whatever... But after reading posts here, some say you have to be careful for 1 year, others say 3 years, and there are posts saying it’s bad to keep touching it, so I’m scared. I keep gently brushing over it carefully, wondering if it might collapse, but should I not touch it at all?ㅜㅜ Is there anyone who had removal a long time ago?
