Hello. This is my 8th year since rhinoplasty. I’m asking because I want to remove the silicone due to psychological anxiety. In my heart, I want to remove everything, including the nasal tip, but people around me have said the nose can collapse, so I want to remove only the silicone and just refine the nasal tip shape again. In this case, would there be no particular side effects after surgery? Thank you ㅠ ㅠ haha haha

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
