The silicone capsule tore, causing inflammation, and it tore toward the inside of my nose. Because of the inflammation, I urgently had only the silicone removed. I had used AlloDerm and septal cartilage, but those were left in place urgently, and only the silicone was removed. I still haven’t had revision rhinoplasty. Fortunately, my nose is slightly upturned, but it’s not too bad overall, so I feel like not rushing into revision surgery was actually the perfect move.
If I do it this time, it will be my third surgery, so I’m being very, very careful. Even though silicone would be good for my job, I’m not going to use silicone. I really think I went to at least 20 famous rhinoplasty clinics in Gangnam.
This time, I really want the revision surgery to succeed so I don’t have to touch my nose again. Everyone, please be careful with revision surgery too, and I hope yours succeeds^^
