After nose surgery, my columella became crooked and my nostrils became triangular… I also keep having an unexplained headache, and I think the crooked columella and triangular nostrils are definitely because of the septal extension, so I want to remove it and leave only the columellar strut. Is there a clinic that removes it well, releases and repositions the cartilage well, and makes the nostrils pretty and the nasal tip natural? I'm thinking of Mint and Sein, but I want to go to lots of other places for consultations too… If anyone has succeeded with a case like mine, please help me
