If the implant is removed, does the nose become much lower than before? I don't know how much was shaved down when the implant was inserted, so I can't even guess. The hospital also said you can only know after actually doing the surgery, so nobody could give me a definite answer. If anyone has experienced this, please let me know. I don't plan to insert an implant, autologous dermis, or costal cartilage at all.
