Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

I’m scheduled for revision surgery because of silicone protrusion

The surgery I had 10 years ago left my nasal bridge crooked, my nasal tip deviated, and there is a small bulging thing protruding at the nasal tip. Thinking about revision surgery makes me feel complicated. The silicone that was inserted is only about 1-2 mm, so it is not high, but in a case like this, would it be okay to just remove it without causing shape deformation? The clinic recommends inserting Megaderm, but I do not feel inclined to do that. My previous nose did not have a low bridge either, but it was originally crooked, and if I have surgery again this time, I want that corrected too.
