I went for a consultation at Sㅇ yesterday and was recommended total removal. My nose has silicone on the bridge, ear cartilage at the tip, and septal cartilage. But since I have a contracted nose and the tip is a bit crooked, I never even dreamed of total removal because I was afraid it would become completely upturned if I removed everything. When I consulted at ㄱㅇㅅ and ㅅㅅㅇ, they told me to leave the support strut in place. Has anyone had total removal because of contraction? Will it turn up more?
