1:30 ㅍㄹㅁ 2:30 ㅅㅅㅇ 4:30 ㄱㅇㅅ 4 mm silicone, using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Because of the columellar scar, I’m trying to have total removal with a closed approach if possible. For those who have had the surgery, please share your reviews.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
