Nose Re-Surgery

After hospital consultations, I’m torn. Which of these two hospitals would be better?

1 Maybe because the doctor has experience, they have their own firmness. They said they would remove everything from the nose, and for the alar cartilage slightly protruding at the columella, they would try to correct it by cutting off the protruding part as much as possible and reconnecting it, and if the cartilage seemed unable to hold up, they would reuse ear cartilage. They said bulbous-nose correction would be greedy. Because the cartilage is weak, tying the nasal tip would be too much.
