My nasal tip droops so much that I’m thinking about revision surgery, but would it be better not to touch it for no reason? Is there anyone who had revision surgery and was satisfied?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
