I had surgery 10 years ago, so I know they put in a straight silicone implant and didn't touch the alar base; I think it was from the bridge down to the nasal dorsum. I want to do a simple removal without revision surgery, but would it be better to go to a hospital specialized in implant removal for this too, or could I have it done at the clinic where I had my first surgery? One clinic said they only do removals, so they wouldn't even take my reservation. There are almost no reviews for simple straight implant removal, so if anyone has one, please let me knowㅠㅠ
