I’ve been going to consultations for simple removal only, but a few places said the nasal tip needs to be revised with reconstruction, so I’m conflicted. My nose has a pinched shape on both sides, and I heard about a method where they graft ear cartilage to spread it out. They say breathing will become much easier, but maybe because I’m used to my current nose, I don’t have any immediate particular discomfort breathing. And another place said I absolutely need ear cartilage and a dermal graft for the nasal tip so it won’t show through, but one place said they would spread out the pinched area with ear cartilage and that dermis is meaningless, so I’m confused. Has anyone had the pinched area spread out with ear cartilage? Afterward, did the nose look too wide, show through, or were there no side effects...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
