I've only been lurking here and finally posted. I had rhinoplasty on the 16th. It was surgery I had wanted and looked forward to for almost over 30 years, and I finally had it done. Maybe because I expected too much, the nose was designed really beautifully, but it was a nose that absolutely did not suit me.
