I’m planning to have everything removed on day 19 after surgeryㅜㅜ I had an ear cartilage strut fixed to the septum so it wouldn’t lift in the back, ear cartilage at the nasal tip, bulbous nose correction, osteotomy, silicone 1 mm at the glabella and 3 mm at the part connecting to the nose, and osteotomy. If I have an early full removal, will my nose lift a lot? They said my nasal bridge was only refined, so it should be my original bridge. The director said he would take measures so it does not lift as much as possible, but I’m anxious. My original nose was slightly droopy and had a hump.
