I had a low nose and bulbous nose, so I was constantly stressed and got surgery about 5-6 years ago. About a year after that, the silicone in my nasal bridge showed through, so I had revision surgery. I don’t know if it kept coming down like that because the pulling force from my nasal tip and philtrum was strong or what, but anyway, even when they put the silicone back in lower, it still showed through, so I want to have everything removed this time and I’m going around for consultations. My primary surgery and revision surgery were done at the same hospital. Since it was a long time ago, I didn’t remember well, so I went to that hospital to check, and they said they had put silicone in the nasal bridge and donated costal cartilage in the nasal tip. Then…
