Is this because the septal cartilage has collapsed downward, or when they first made two or three layers, did they put the more protruding part toward this side? At this clinic, after the first surgery they spoke as if it was the latter, but when I went this time and mentioned it, they spoke as if it was the former. This is something other plastic surgery clinics can tell just by looking too, right?
