I’m debating whether to remove only the silicone or remove the nasal tip materials together tooㅠㅠ It’s not that I have contracture or inflammation, but the foreign-body sensation from the silicone is so severe that I’m definitely planning to remove the silicone. But I keep worrying about the nasal tip. For the tip, ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used, and I’m worried that if septal cartilage was used, the nose might get even lowerㅠ I’ve been going to consultations continuously since December, and of course I’ll ask everything when I go to the clinics, but I’m curious what the shape is like for people who left the nasal tip in placeㅠㅠㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
