The silicone is crooked, so I want to remove it, and even if they say they can straighten it, I’m worried it might bend again ㅠㅠ I want to lower only the nasal tip compared with now and make the nostrils not show, so I’d like revision surgery only on the nasal tip. Has anyone had surgery like this? Would there be side effects if I remove the silicone and do only the nasal tip? Like the nasal tip turning up?
