Hello. I had revision nasal tip cartilage surgery with a support strut using septal cartilage, but because of the foreign-body sensation and headaches, I really can’t endure it. If it’s removed, will my nasal tip completely collapse? I’m so worried that once the support strut is gone, it will collapse. Could it return to my original nose shape? ㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
