If a severely upturned nose is removed, will the nostrils be covered a bit, or should I get revision with autologous costal cartilage? One place said to do revision right away, but another place said revision isn’t possible because of inflammation and told me to remove it first, wait 6 months, and then think about revision. I’m worried it’ll turn up even more if I remove it. It already feels like it has gone up to 110Vㅋㅋㅋㅋugh, anyone who has had removal, please help
