Are there cases where people have revision surgery due to side effects even when they do it without implants? I have the idea that implants aren't safe, so I'm planning to do it without implants. I've seen posts saying people had revision surgery because they didn't like the shape with no implants, but I've never seen a post saying they had revision surgery due to safety issues like contracture. Has anyone around you had side effects after doing it without implants?
