If the nasal tip was done with septal cartilage, is it okay not to remove it even when I get older?

5 years ago, I had my nasal tip done with a septal cartilage support. And I regretted it and thought about removing it, but I started thinking that my current desire to remove it and my old desire to have rhinoplasty were the same kind of feeling, and my thoughts changed to that I don’t need to do it. It’s not extremely strange, and I feel like it’s just an issue in my own mind. What I’m curious about besides this is about getting older. I heard that silicone and other foreign materials can cause problems later. If my own septal cartilage was taken and used to raise the nasal tip, will it not cause problems when I get older?
