Is it possible to reconstruct immediately at the same time as removing everything from the nose… ㅜㅜ I mean, while operating, could they just switch it to a different silicone implant or something like that? Does everyone have removal first, then wait a while before reconstruction surgery? ㅜ This is hard… I feel like my nasal tip is excessive, so I want to reduce the cartilage… and I also want to change the nasal bridge to a thinner silicone implant
