I’m thinking about removing the silicone because of the high glabella area and dissatisfaction with the shape, but would removing only the silicone be okay? I’m worried about a step-off at the nasal tip. They said the silicone is about 3 mm, and the nasal tip is septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Has anyone had revision surgery because of a step-off after removal?
