(8 years after rhinoplasty with no inflammation) Has anyone had removal at the hospital where they had surgery, not one of the big 3? What do you say as the reason for removal(???)?

For now, I had mine done at ㅇㅈㅖㅣㄴ, and my satisfaction after surgery was high. But now I’m considering removal because I want to live more comfortably. I also feel like it’s too high. It’s 3 mm, and my nasal bridge was already decent originally. I’m wondering if there are people who had removal surgery at the hospital where they originally had surgery, not a hospital specializing in removal, and whether that would still be okay. Somehow, when I watched ㅅㅇ YouTube videos or researched online, it seemed that capsule removal or management is essential and important, so I’m worried that if it’s not a hospital specializing in removal, they might finish that part poorly, so…
