13 years ago, I had an L-shaped implant and ear cartilage used to prevent the nasal tip from showing through. Currently, there is a tiny sesame-seed-sized calcification on the nasal bridge. No other show-through, inflammation, contracture, discomfort, or anything like that. My skin is thin.
In a case like this, what kind of revision surgery would be right?
Autologous dermis with ear cartilage and septal cartilage? Silicone with ear cartilage and septal cartilage?
