I’m even considering costal cartilage. I really don’t want to use autologous dermis unless absolutely necessary ㅠㅠ But I’m worried because of the nasal bridge indentation.. At one place, they said a lot of the nasal bridge will disappear, and even if I lower the nasal tip with autologous costal cartilage, I’ll later need a secondary nasal bridge surgery.. I just want to use autologous costal cartilage anyway and finish the surgery all at once...
I’ve seen a review post saying they built up the nasal bridge a bit with autologous costal cartilage fascia at ㅋㅂㅈ. I’m wondering if there’s anyone here who had surgery like that. How is this place??
