I got three threads of Hiko at a clinic, and it was seriously so painful. More than anything, even after two months, the mucous membrane inside my nose developed inflammation and swelling, and the thread came out. They removed the thread randomly, and when I asked for a refund, they said it wasn't allowed under the clinic's policy lol. They said they're originally not responsible for inflammation. I regret it so, so much. This is the first place I've seen handle aftercare this irresponsibly.
