Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Is this considered a nose with a lot of manipulation? I plan to remove it after 6 months

1 year ago - first surgery: silicone up to the nasal tip, septal cartilage, ear cartilage. 3 weeks ago - second surgery: changed the silicone at the nasal tip to extend only to the middle of the nose, kept using the septal cartilage and ear cartilage as they were, used autologous costal cartilage for the columellar strut, and tucked in the protruding columella. 1 week ago, because my nose had become longer, I had an early correction: after cutting the length of the autologous costal cartilage in the columellar strut, they said my nose was upturned and raised the nasal tip more with septal cartilage. I think cartilage rearrangement was done for everything ㅠㅠ After 6 months, I’m thinking of ultimately removing everything. Would complete removal be difficult? My original nose is small and has a bunny-nose feel. The columella protrudes.
