I only did the nasal tip, and it was done with ear cartilage. The nasal tip alone looks too high and also feels pinched, so all I can see is my nose. I want to restore it back to its original state, but even if I remove all the ear cartilage, it probably can’t go back exactly to how it was, right? I heard contraction can also happen, so I’m a bit hesitant
