This is a review at almost 8 weeks. I haven't met friends, and when I go out, I wear a mask I spent my days wearing a retainer for almost 22 hours a day and doing warm compress massages 3 times. I seriously feel like I'm going crazy They're still uneven, but I also feel like they may have come down a little. I'm worried that if I completely stop using the retainer, it might go back up again. The photo shows the condition of my nose half an hour after taking out the retainer.
