They say silicone has to be replaced every 10 years, and it’s been exactly 10 years since I had rhinoplasty. Do I have to replace it even if there’s nothing wrong? I heard revision rhinoplasty hurts more than the first surgery I can smell well and it moves well, so it should be okay if I don’t bother doing it, right? The silicone won’t rot inside, right? What should I do
