I had my first nose surgery on July 11. My nasal skin is on the thick and large side, so they said that with septal cartilage or ear cartilage, what I had was too small and it would be difficult to get the dramatic nose I wanted. So even though it was my first surgery, I had surgery with autologous costal cartilage, silicone, and osteotomy. After one week, they removed the splint, but the swelling between my eyebrows was so severe that we decided to watch it for one week first. One week later, I went in, and the swelling was worse, so they drew blood out with a syringe, but blood quickly filled back up again. So that same day, they opened the inside of my nose and irrigated it. If blood fills up like this again even after another week, then they said they would open it, remove everything, and do revision surgery …
